    SpecGraph 2.0 enters private beta.

    New spec engine, new BMAD pack format (eight planning files + per-story implementation), MCP server, voice interview by phase, mockup-to-spec extractor for Lovable / v0 / Base44 / Bolt.

    Phase doctors gate the lock honestly.

    Readiness percentage is now derived from the doctor checks per section. No more aspirational 100%.

    Cryptographically chained audit trail.

    Every wish, vote, and resolution is signed and chained into an immutable ledger. Procurement-friendly export.

    Owner role is mutable; last-owner is the only guard.

    Team and admin now share the same role machinery. Last-owner is the only invariant the system protects.
